most of the kids were pretty worn out when they got home!
Thanks to everyone for helping us to attend the field trip, whether you allowed your child to go , or came with us also! Don't forget the final field trip is Monday, June 1st!! (Hawk Island!)

Plates? Spoons?

Hi everyone:)
If you're out and about at the store and happen to think of us, we could really use some paper plates and spoons for the classroom!!
Thanks!!

Homework (in case you can't wait!!!)

I wanted to apologize for not sending homework today! I (Mrs. Gorbe) forgot to bring my original to school today and therefore we didn't have it available!
Needless to say, I'll give you a sneak peek if you can't WAIT to do it!
Homework folders WILL go home on MONDAY! They are not due until Wednesday. (We don't have school Tuesday , so you can work on them then, right??)

March Homework: Mrs. Gorbe & Mrs. Chappa
Week 1: March 6th
Practice using positional words with your parents. Have your parents put your library book (or other book) on, below, above, behind, in front of, etc and you describe where the book is using a sentence with a positional word. Then have your parent tell you where to stand using positional words.
Make a list of things in your house that are fluffy, like some types of clouds.
Practice counting to 100 by 1’s, 5’s and 10’s. Count to 30 by 2’s. (count by 3’s if you can do all these already!)
